Checking in was quite off-putting due to the unfriendly desk staff, who barely interacted with us. The room was never cleaned during our four-day stay, resulting in overflowing trash cans and unkempt towels. We struggled with a faulty toilet that only flushed intermittently and a door lock that was frustrating to operate. On a positive note, the pillows were fluffy and provided comfort for a good night’s sleep, while the location was conveniently close to local attractions. Sadly, the outdoor areas could use better maintenance, as bird droppings made the fire pit seating uninviting.

We made the most of the 24-hour fitness center, allowing us to squeeze in some workouts while traveling with kiddie. The location is spot on, just a quick hop from attractions like Prairie Meadows.

In my wife’s opinion, the room cleanliness needs a boost.

I had a stand-out experience with the spacious room and some cozy downtime by the hot tub after exploring the area. The indoor pool was also a perfect spot to relax after a long day. One little thing to note is the coffee variety could be improved, but overall it was a great stay! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. During my first stay, the staff helped me with late check-in, which I remember well. I recommend enjoying the indoor swimming pool! I'm coming back for a city break.

I loved the spacious King Room with a sofa bed, which gave us extra room to relax! The made-to-order breakfast at the bistro was a good touch, especially when paired with my favorite Starbucks coffee. Those cozy evenings by the outdoor fire pit.

The Courtyard offered a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, good wifi, and a pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was efficient, thanks to the professional and courteous staff. The location is ideal, right off I35, providing easy access to the surrounding area. I appreciated the fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine during my stay.
